Return Policy

Important: Please read our return policy carefully. No exceptions will be made as you have agreed to these terms at the time of purchase.

Returns
Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of receiving your product to return it. After 30 days, we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
Condition: The returned product must be in the same condition as received — unused and in its original packaging. Products for which hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before initiating a return.
Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned, such as underwear, lingerie, tights and certain personal care products.

— Your order number
— Your reason for return
— A photo of the product if damaged
— Your contact details

Refunds
Process: After receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email confirming the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will automatically be transferred to your original payment method within 30 days.
Delayed or missing refund: If you have not received your refund after 30 days, please first check your bank account. If it has still not arrived, contact us at: ✉️ info@irisandvioletbournemouth.com

Costs
Return costs: All customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns. Returns must be shipped to China and costs start from £20, at the customer's expense.

Exceptions
Defective or incorrect products: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will send a replacement free of charge. If the replacement is also defective, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price.
Cancellations: Orders cannot be cancelled after being placed due to our automated system.
